  • We primarily support young individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disabilities. Our services are designed to cater to children, teenagers and young adults who are navigating their developmental years and require structured support to thrive. While our main focus is on this demographic, we assess each potential participant’s needs on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can provide the appropriate level of support and engagement for their age.

  • We hold group activities on a regular basis to ensure consistent social interaction and engagement for our participants. Specifically, we hold weekly group activities every Friday evening, which provide a regular opportunity for participants to engage with their peers in a supportive and structured environment. Additionally, we conduct group activities and a sport program on alternating Saturdays. These sessions are designed to be fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate, fostering a sense of community and belonging among participants while helping them develop social skills and build friendships.

  • Yes, we provide personalised 1:1 support throughout the week, including weekends. This support is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each participant. Our 1:1 support can include assistance with daily living activities, help with achieving personal goals, or simply providing companionship and encouragement. We aim to be flexible and responsive to the needs of each participant, ensuring they receive the attention and support they require at any time. Whether it’s assistance with schoolwork, participation in community events, or support at home, our dedicated support workers are there to help.

  • We occasionally organise camps during school holidays, providing participants with enriching experiences beyond regular activities. These camps are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can engage in a variety of activities, develop new skills and build lasting friendships. The camps offer a unique opportunity for participants to enjoy a change of scenery, try new activities and gain a sense of independence and confidence in a fun and engaging setting.

  • Our group sessions include a variety of activities designed to promote social interaction, skill development and enjoyment. These activities may include sports and recreational games, arts and crafts, cooking classes and community outings to places like parks, museums and events. Each session is planned to be engaging and inclusive, ensuring that all participants have the opportunity to join in and benefit.

  • We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our participants by implementing strict safety protocols and ensuring that our support workers are well-trained. All activities are supervised by qualified support workers who have undergone comprehensive training in first aid, CPR and behavioural management. We conduct regular risk assessments for all activities and have emergency procedures in place to handle any incidents promptly and effectively.

  • Our support workers are highly qualified and trained to provide the best care possible. They possess relevant qualifications in disability support, such as Certificate III or IV in Disability. Additionally, they undergo continuous professional development, including training in first aid, CPR and positive behaviour support. We ensure that our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to support our participants effectively.

  • We maintain open and regular communication with participants and their families through various channels. This includes phone calls, emails and in-person meetings. We provide updates on activities, progress towards goals, and any changes to schedules or services. We also encourage feedback and are always available to address any questions or concerns.

  • Our services are generally funded through participants’ NDIS plans. The fees depend on the type and level of support required. We can provide detailed information on our fee structure upon request.

  • We strive to provide personalised support that accommodates each participant’s specific needs and preferences. This includes adapting activities to meet individual abilities and catering to dietary restrictions. We work closely with participants and their families to understand their unique requirements and ensure that our services are inclusive and supportive.

  • In the event of a medical emergency, our support workers are trained to respond quickly and effectively. All staff members are certified in first aid and CPR, and we have clear protocols in place for responding to emergencies. This includes contacting emergency services, providing immediate care, and informing the participant’s family as soon as possible. Ensuring the health and safety of our participants is our top priority.
